DIT University (DITU) formerly known as Dehradun Institute of Technology (DIT) was established in 1998 by Naveen Agarwal in an ample area of 23 acres in a serene scintillating atmosphere to impart holistic education. In 2012, it was given autonomous status by the UGC, and in 2013, it was elevated from DIT to DIT University by the Government of Uttarakhand and recognized by the UGC.

How to Get Admission at DITU

For UG Course: Candidates who passed 10th with a minimum of 50-60% (depending on courses) and passed or appeared in the +2 exam or any other equivalent exams thereto with 50-60% (depending on courses) in Physics, Mathematics, and English subjects along with the best one of the remaining subjects in aggregate are eligible to apply for the UG courses.

For PG Courses: Candidates who passed a BE/BTech degree in the respective stream or MCA/MSc (Computer Science/IT/Electronics) with a minimum of 55% marks (M.Sc., graduates should have 55% marks in B.Sc., also) are eligible for PG courses, however, those who got valid GATE/NET scores are given preferences.
