Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM) was established in 2010 as the first multi-sector state private university by the act of the Odisha Legislative Assembly in Paralakhemundi Odisha in a spacious area of 120 acres in a serene sylvan atmosphere to provide education and technical training to the poor in the extreme left-wing affected area.
