TECHKSHETRA is the annual inter-college technical symposium celebrated in September for a day where a plethora of technical events such as Robot Racing, Circuit Debugging, etc., in any department from Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, Telecommunication, Mechanical or Civil are organized to induce the interest of the students, make them well-versed in current trending technologies, and give them a platform to showcase their technical skills. How to Get Admission at BMSIT Bengaluru

For UG courses at BMSIT&M: Candidates who passed in 2nd PUC/12 Std/equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Biology or Electronics and should have at least 45% of aggregate marks (60% for management quota and admission in this quota proceeds in the office of the BMS Educational Trust) in optional subjects with English as one of the languages are eligible for applying for UG courses, and eligible candidates can apply through KCET/Diploma CET (KEA)/AICTE J&K.

For PG courses: The candidate who passed the UG degree with at least 50% marks and got at least 50% marks in subjects that are mentioned in the first proviso in the pre-university course are eligible, and eligible candidates can apply through PGCET (KEA)/GATE/AICTE J&K/PGET (COMED-K).
