National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand (NIT Uttarakhand) was established in 2009 under the Act of Parliament by the Ministry of Education (Shiksha Mantralaya). Presently, it is functioning on a temporary campus in the Government ITI, Srinagar, Pauri Garhwal District besides its permanent campus is being built in Sumari, Uttarakhand. How to Get Admission at NIT Uttarakhand

For UG courses at NIT Uttarakhand: Students who passed or appeared for the +2 exam in the science stream with 60% marks and 40% weightage can take Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main and should get the minimum cut-off mark/rank required at this institution, and admission is given through JoSSA counseling.
